Cucamonga Valley Medical Group manages the medical care at the Sierra San Antonio Urgent Care. The Urgent Care is located on the West side of the building, on the first floor.

The Urgent Care is open after-hours and on weekends and holidays to care for you and your family's urgent health care needs. Visits are on a walk-in basis (no appointments), and are prioritized based on the severity of symptoms.

The Urgent Care accepts Medicare, most major HMO and PPO insurances, as well as private pay.

Both our office and medical staff are experienced and knowledgeable in providing urgent medical care. Our staff is professional, courteous, and committed to quality patient care. The Medical Director of the Sierra San Antonio Urgent Care is Kyle Smart, D.O.
